How effective is apple cider vinegar for weight loss, well there are a large amount of studies on the effects it has for the fat reduction. What I can also add first from my research and a two week trial it did is - you need to use it in conjunction with portioning your meals correctly and preferably including some exercise - you can not just take it and magically lose lots of pounds or belly fat.

However, there's little scientific support for these claims.
Additionally, apple cider vinegar has gained a reputation as a weight loss aid, preventive aid against diseases like cancer and diabetes, and as a digestive remedy. All those benefits notwithstanding, apple cider vinegar has its fair share of risks and controversies, especially when taken in excess or undiluted.

Many apple cider vinegar pills currently on the market contain additional ingredients such as cayenne pepper, ginger, maple syrup powder, cinnamon, chromium picolinate, ketones, or herb derivatives, and it’s also key to remember that these pills are classified as a supplement—meaning there’s little FDA oversight of contents or health effects.
Some people take 30 grams or more a day of apple cider vinegar mixed in a cup of water or juice. Tablets with 285 milligrams of dehydrated apple cider vinegar are also available.
